A little information about us

Tar Heel Business is a student-run internet magazine for business, economics, markets, and investing. We were founded by two economics students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, hence our name Tar Heel Business. Every major campus has a daily newspaper, political magazines, art magazines, and other publications. But, we were not satisfied with existing publications about business and economics.

Our aim is to provide intelligent commentary and analysis into current affairs in the business world. We welcome writers with all range of opinions, and we do not have an official political viewpoint. We welcome spirited but civil debate.
